Wheat bread  Ingredients: wheat flour 450 grams Salt 1/2 tsp Yeast 3/4 tsp Sugar 3 tbsps Oil 3 tbsps Milk 1/2 cup Water 1/2 cup as reqd Method: Add milk,water together and heat up until it reaches LUKEWARM   Add yeast,sugar to the milk mixture and keep aside for 15 mints  Mix flour,salt and oil into the yeast mixture Important part knead into a soft dough for 15 mintz (yes 15 mintz) keep aside in an oiled bowl and cover it with cling wrap for 1 hr or dough double in size  once it proofed just give it love punch onto it and knead it 2 mintz  Make tight log.place dough into the greased loaf tin for 1 hr almost reach double in size  Preheated oven 325F  and bake for 35 to 40 mintz   Take the pan out from the oven and apply butter on the top Remove from oven and allow it to cool on wire rack When the bread is fully cooled,slice and serve. Guacamole (Avocado/Butter fruit-based dip) Ingredients: 2  ripe avocados 1/4 cup chopped onions 1/4 cup chopped  tomatoes 1 tbsp cup chopped  cilantrom 1/4 tsp salt 1 tbsp lemon /lime juice Method:   Cut the avocados in half, Remove seed and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.place in a pestle and  roughly mash the avocado or  by using fork u could mash it   Add all chopped ingredients following with lemon juice  and salt           Serve it with any breads,salad even  Dosa ..yeah you're right....... with dosa goes well  do try it!!
