Cheese and Herbs Garlic Bread
Ingredients:
500 gms plain flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
80 gms mozzarella cheese
2 tsp dried yeast ( 7 gms packet)
1 tsp sugar
1 tbsp dry thyme
2 tbsp snipped chives
2-3 tbsp parsley
1/2 tsp basil
125 ml warm water
250 ml warm water
2 tbsp milk
Garlic Butter:
2 tbsp butter1 tbsp black pepper
2 tbsp cheese
2 tbsp minced garlic
GUACAMOLE (AVOCADO/BUTTER FRUIT-BASED DIP)

Method
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C)Mix the yeast and sugar in a cup, add the 125ml of warm water and stir together. let sit for 5 minute.
Mix flour,herbs and salt in a bowl, then dump in yeast mix and stir until a soft dough forms,
kneed until dough is smooth and elastic.
cover the bowl and place in a warm for one hour or let dough doubled in size.
Garlic Butter
In a bowl add cheese,butter,black pepper,minced garlic mix well.
Bake it for 415 F, 25-30 mins (Check from 20 mins for doneness)
Serve immediately brush some melted butter
