Guacamole (Avocado/Butter fruit-based dip)







Ingredients:

ripe avocados
1/4 cup chopped onions
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1 tbsp cup chopped cilantrom
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp lemon /lime juice


Method:

 Cut the avocados in half, Remove seed and scoop out the flesh with a spoon.place in a pestle and roughly mash the avocado or  by using fork u could mash it 



 Add all chopped ingredients following with lemon juice  and salt



          Serve it with any breads,salad even  Dosa ..yeah you're right....... with dosa goes well  do try it!!
