Wheat bread 



Ingredients:

  • wheat flour 450 grams
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Yeast 3/4 tsp
  • Sugar 3 tbsps
  • Oil 3 tbsps
  • Milk 1/2 cup
  • Water 1/2 cup as reqd


Method:
  • Add milk,water together and heat up until it reaches LUKEWARM  
  • Add yeast,sugar to the milk mixture and keep aside for 15 mints 
  • Mix flour,salt and oil into the yeast mixture
  • Important part knead into a soft dough for 15 mintz (yes 15 mintz)
  • keep aside in an oiled bowl and cover it with cling wrap for 1 hr or dough double in size 
  • once it proofed just give it love punch onto it and knead it 2 mintz 
  • Make tight log.place dough into the greased loaf tin for 1 hr almost reach double in size 
  • Preheated oven 325F  and bake for 35 to 40 mintz  
  • Take the pan out from the oven and apply butter on the top
  • Remove from oven and allow it to cool on wire rack
  • When the bread is fully cooled,slice and serve.
Note:

  • You can use 50:50 all purpose flour :wheat flour 
  • Feel free to add 1 egg for even more soft 
  • If your are using instant yeast, may skip yeast to active
  • Do not let bread sit in the pan too long,3 mintz should be fine ,because bottom side of the bread may go soggy
