                                               Mutton Curry / Goat Gravy




Ingredients:
500 grams Goat meat
1 onion, chopped
1  tomato, chopped
2 tsp ginger,garlic paste
1 green chili slit into two
2 tbsp minced cilantro
2 tsp red chili powder 
1 tsp coriander powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
Salt to taste
2 cups of water

For grinding:
1/4 cup chopped coconut pieces
2 tbs  black pepper 
1/2 tbs Fennel seeds
 Make smooth paste  ( ground paste )



Method:
Heat pressure pan with 2 tbsp of oil. Once oil gets hot, add 1 cloves, 1 tbs cumin   1 small stick cinnamon once started  splutter.
Add chopped onion,curry leaves,green chili, fry in medium heat till it turns transparent and glossy and add ginger garlic paste saute for a minutes
Finally add chopped tomato 

  
Now add all spicy powders, turmeric powder, chili powder,coriander powder and salt. mix well.
Add mutton pieces  and saute for two minute. add 1 tbs curd mix well


Add required amount of water to cover the mutton mixture,add ground paste  Cover the pan with lid and keep the weight.Pressure cook for 5 whistle or till done,
Add minced cilantro
                                                Serve hot with  parotta or roti.
