Restaurants style chicken curry 



Ingredients:

1 Onion diced 
1 Tomato
4 Dry chilies
3 Garlic cloves
1/2 pound chicken boneless
2 tbs curd 

  Spicy Masal:

1 tbs chilli powder
2 tbs coriander Powder 
1/2 tbs Turmeric powder
1 tbs gram masal

   Tempering:

1 tbs cumin seeds
2 nos Bay leaves 
2 nos cloves 

     

For Marination 
 Add all spicy powder ,curd,ginger garlic paste  salt into chicken




Add curry Leaves and pepper Powder 


Let Them Marinate foe 15 Mints


Mean While boil water in wok 


Add Tomato  into very Boiling Water


Continuously Add Onion,Dry Chilli Let IT Boil for 5 mints in high Heat 


After 5 mints drain water 





In Blender Add Garlic and boiled veggi 


                                                            Make Smooth Paste



 Add  Oil  in wok 


Once Oil Hot Add our tempering Items  




                                                              Ad marinated chicken into wok




Stir very well 


After 5 mints add our masal paste 


Let chicken cook for 10 mints (Until Garlic Raw smell Goes off) 


Now Cook with lid on for another 5 mints

keep stir in between 


Once Gravy start Loosing Oil its done 


Finally add coriander Leaves  



Serve Hot With Naan,Paratha,Idly
