Gulab Jamun

Gulab Jamun 


Ingredients

1 pack MTR gulab jamun mix
4 cups sugar(for  full pack Of MTR )
4 cups water
Oil for fry
saffron


 For the Sugar Syrup 

4 cup Sugar
4 cup water 
few drops of lemon
 
                      Boil 4 cups of Water , 4 cups sugar  




                       
                                                 

 The syrup should be made earlier and kept warm. To make the hot sugar syrup add mix the 4 cups of sugar to 4 cup of water. slightly crushed and a few strands of "saffrons ". Mix with a spoon and then heat at medium heat for 5-10 minutes until sugar is all dissolved in water. Do not overheat, that will caramelize the sugar. Add few drops of lemon this will ensure that once syrup cools down it does not solidify


                            

In a bowl mix MTR JAMUN powder, Add little water ...Now mix together ensure everything gets mixed properly. .




  

                                                                      Leave it for 5 mints 






 Rube oil between your palms


Take pinch of jamun mix ,make it as gulab shape without crack (To avoid  crack all oil to dough and press your two Palms very well




                                                    Drop our jamun into medium hot oil 


Using stick Keep rounding your jamun's so color get even 


After 4 mints take it out 



Add Immediately into warm sugar syrup 


For best result let them soak for over night


sever cool!!
