Thai Chicken curry
Ingredients:
1 chicken breast (or any other cut of boneless chicken, about 200 grams)
5 cloves of garlic
4 chilies (Make paste garlic & chillies)
1 tablespoon oil for frying
1 teaspoon of oyster sauce
½ teaspoon sugar
1 splash of dark soy sauce
1 handful of Thai holy basil leaves

Method:
Add oil in tawa
Add mustard seed,cumin seed,curry leaves ,add ginger,chilli paste
fry till raw smell goes off
Add chopped onion into
tawa and fry till it becomes golden brown
Add washed chicken
salt to taste
mix all very well and add oyster sauce or (1 spoon sugar,lemon juice)
Add soy sauce
combine very well
after 3 mints add tomato paste into it
if you want gravy add water as you need
let them boil for 5 mints with lid on,finally add our basil into it
coriander leaves
Lid on boil for 5 more mints
if you want dry chicken you can keep them lid off
