Spicy Masal Wheat Dosa



Ingredients:

1 cup Wheat flour 
1 onion cut into Medium size 
2 Green chilies
5 ~6 curry leaves  
1 tbsp cumin seeds(optional)



Methods:


                                                       Add wheat flour into the blender






Add water into it as we need batter consistency




Batter should be like this



Add green chilies



Add  curry leaves


Add onion ,



Add salt to taste



Blend it in pulse  mode



You can seen in ur blender pulse mode


Batter should be this consistency no full paste r not in core paste 


Once dosa tawa got hot add our batter into it 
take dosa tawa from stove and rotate well till it become thin dosa 


And place it in stove top with lid 


After 3 mints add oil and again lid on





Once it become golden brown  flip it out other side







SERVE HOT
