Veg Momos Recipe With Hot sauce





Ingredients:

  1. All purpose:1 cup 
  2. Water As needed 
  3. Salt 3/4 tsp 
  4. Oil 2 tsp 


For stuffing

  1. Finely chopped cabbage 1 cup
  2. Finely chopped Carrot 1/4 cup
  3. Finely chopped beans 1/4 cup
  4. Finely chopped garlic 1 tblsp
  5. Spring onion 4 –5 sprigs
  6. Pepper 1/2 tsp
  7. Soya sauce 1 tsp
  8. Salt 1/2 tsp
  9. Oil 1 tblsp


Methods:

  1. Mix flour, salt and oil  in a bowl and add water to make a smooth dough. Just like our chapati dough,Keep for 15 mints.
  2. Heat a pan with oil, add garlic, and finely chopped spring onion,beans,carrot,cabbage,Give a stir in high flame. 
  3. Add salt,pepper,soy sauce,lime juice and mix well turn off stove and keep aside.
  4. Roll the dough like Chapati and using with small lid to cut into smaller rounds,After that  again roll to make it more thin,Keep some stuffing inside the dough.
  5. Fold it to make momo shapes (Modak)
  6. Steam our momo in a steamer(idly maker), for 10 to 15  minutes.


Hot sauce:

  1. Tomato Sauce,Garlic & Ginger past,chilli powered (optional), Pinch of Salt, keep tawa in a stove and add all Ingredients let comes to boils once get boil add your boiled momo into hot sauce
  2. stir carefully,hot sauce should cover all over momo
