Crispy Chilli Fish Ingredients: Basa Fish 3 Fillets pepper Powder 1 tbsp lemon juice 2 tbsp Chilli Powder 2 tbsp Turmeric powder 1/2 tbsp Refined Flour 4 tbsp Cornflour 2 tbsp  Gram Flour 2 tbsp Oil for deep Frying Sauce: Garlic 1 tbsp Onion 1 chopped  vinegar 1 tbsp Soy Sauce 1 tbsp Coriander For Garnishing Method                                                                     Cut Fish Fillets into Medium stripes  Put into a Bowl Add all spicy powder  and one tablespoon Lemon juice  Set aside to Marinate for 10-15 minutes. For Batter: Mix Refined Four,Cornflour,salt, Pepper Powder,chilli powder,Gram Flour  in another Bowl. Dindigul Thalappakatti Mutton Biryani /Pressure cooker/Jeeraga samba Rice Ingredients :  Mutton - 1/2 kg Jeeraga samba rice -2 cups oil-2 tbsp Ghee -2 tbsp Green Chillies - 2 slit Tomatoes - 2 large chopped finely Ginger Garlic Paste -2 tbsp Turmeric Powder - 1 tbsp Chilli Powder - 1 tbsp coriander Powder - 2 tbsp Curd / yogurt-2 tbsp Salt to taste Coriander Leaves - 1/4 cup chopped Mint Leaves - 1/4 cup chopped Water - 2.5 cup Onion - 2 large sliced thinly Wash Jeeraga Samba rice  in water,Set aside.  Biryani Spices   : Cinnamon Stick - 1 stick Fennel Seeds  - 1 tbsp Bay leaves - 2 no Cloves- 3 Cardamom - 1 optional  Star Anise - 1 Method:                     Heat oil r ghee  in a pressure cooker.   Add   Biryani Spices                          Add onions . Saute it till it gets golden color                       Add  Coriander Leaves,Mint Leaves  and green chillies.  Add  Ginger Garlic Paste .

PEPPER MUTTON SUKKA VARUVAL Ingredients :  Mutton / goat 1/2 lb  Turmeric 1/4 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste 1/2 tsp  green chili 2 no mint leaves   1 strand  Red Chili Powder 1 tsp Coriander Powder 1tsp  Salt to taste   To seasoning :  Cinnamon 1 no   Coves 2  no Cumin Seeds 1 tsp  Fennel Seed 1/2 tsp  Onion 1/4 no  Tomatoes 2 no  Water 1-1 1/2 cup  For fry :  Oil 3 tbsp Garlic ( crushed ) 1 tsp   Black Pepper  corns 1 tsp Cumin Seeds 1 tsp Curry Leaves 1 strand  Directions:                                             In presser cooker Add all  seasoning item onto  hot oil  Add chopped onion,Mint leaves,green chilies  saute well till it turns golden brown Add Fresh Ginger Garlic  paste,Till raw smell off Add  Chopped Tomatoes Add all spices chili powder,  Turmeric, Coriander Powder,gram masal                                                                                       Add Curd
