Veg Momos Recipe With Hot sauce Ingredients: All purpose:1 cup  Water As needed  Salt 3/4 tsp  Oil 2 tsp  For stuffing Finely chopped cabbage 1 cup Finely chopped Carrot 1/4 cup Finely chopped beans 1/4 cup Finely chopped garlic 1 tblsp Spring onion 4 –5 sprigs Pepper 1/2 tsp Soya sauce 1 tsp Salt 1/2 tsp Oil 1 tblsp Methods: Mix flour, salt and oil  in a bowl and add water to make a smooth dough. Just like our chapati dough,Keep for 15 mints. Heat a pan with oil, add garlic, and finely chopped spring onion,beans,carrot,cabbage,Give a stir in high flame.  Add salt,pepper,soy sauce,lime juice and mix well turn off stove and keep aside. Roll the dough like Chapati and using with small lid to cut into smaller rounds,After that  again roll to make it more thin,Keep some stuffing inside the dough. Fold it to make momo shapes (Modak) Steam our momo in a steamer(idly maker), for 10 to 15  minutes. Hot sauce:

Naan Without Yeast In Stove Top

  Naan without yeast in stove top Ingredients: All purpose flour : 3 cups, Baking powder: ½ tsp, (optional) Baking soda: ¼ tsp, Salt: 1 tsp,  Sugar: 1 tbsp, Milk: ½ cup,  Yogurt (curd): 3 tbsp, Oil: 3 tbsp,  Water:around 1 cup  Instructions: In a bowl mix together all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. mix them together.In another bowl mix milk, sugar, yogurt, oil and water. Knead a soft dough and Rub little oil on the dough, cover it and let it rest for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes take little dough rounds and let them rest for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes roll the dough with dry flour. Heat Tawa at medium heat and put the naan on tawa and add garlic and close with lid,Wait till you see some bubbles on naan.Now put the naan on the stove and put the naan upside down on the stove holding with spoon. Cook for few second till you see brown spots on naan. Naan is ready.
