Boneless Chicken dum Biryani Recipe

Ingredients: To marinate the chicken:(Atleast for    one-half (1/2) hour ) 500 Grams Chicken Breast/thighs cut into cubes 2 Tbsp chilli powder 1 Tbsp coriander powder 1 Tbsp cumin powder/whole cumin seed 1 Tbsp Garam Masala/whole garam masal(cloves,cinnamon,cardamom pods,bay leaf,star anise pods) 1 Tbsp Ginger and Garlic paste 1/2 Tsp Turmeric Powder 1 Tbsp lemon juice 1/2 cup curd Hand full of mint,coriander leaves Soak 2 cups Basmati Rice for 1 hour..
